Construction has now started on the new solar park in the municipality of Dallgow-Döberitz: the PV plant will supply 6.5 megawatts of green electricity for Brandenburg in the future. securenergy solutions AG and SUNOTEC are implementing the third solar park from the SECURSUN joint venture portfolio. Over 50 more are planned in Germany until 2026.

SECURSUN has started the construction of the first solar parks in Germany from its portfolio of around 1.1 gigawatts. In total, more than 50 utility solar PV parks will be completed between the end of 2023 and 2026. All plants will be planned and constructed by the Berlin-based project developer securenergy solutions and SUNOTEC, Europe’s market leader in the construction of solar parks.
The largest solar power plant built so far in Bulgaria - Verila (124 MWp), has officially launched production in June.
Market leader as team effort: Visitors to the company’s booth were able to learn how the SUNOTEC team makes the successes possible through their daily work. “We wanted to put the spotlight on those who work every day to ensure that the PV expansion goals of the green energy transition are achieved,” emphasized SUNOTEC CEO Bernhard Suchland.
This year’s Intersolar Europe marks a new chapter for SUNOTEC: The company will present itself for the first time as Your General Contractor showcasing its full scope of services. From 14 to 16 June 2023, SUNOTEC invites visitors to take a look behind the scenes of the company as Europe's market leader in the construction of utility solar PV parks.
Last year, SUNOTEC delivered photovoltaic projects with an output of around 2.3 gigawatts peak (GWp). By way of comparison, the whole of France built PV plants supplying 2.7 GWp in the same time. 2022 turned out to be the most successful year in the company’s history, as the market leader in the construction of ground-mounted photovoltaic plants connected more than 70 new solar parks to the grid.
